Confirm the property type, the suburb and a preferred day by phone or WhatsApp. If entry is arranged through a key, a lockbox or a building concierge, tell us in advance so the crew is not standing at the door.
Crews of two or three arrive with their own equipment and cleaning agents. Water and power need to be available on site. If a job requires working at height or from an outside position, that is confirmed before the visit so the right gear comes along.
If the scope turns out to be different from what was described, the crew notes it and the booking is adjusted before work continues. Nothing is added silently, and nothing is charged for work that was not agreed.
Tell us as early as you can if a visit needs to move. Weekend slots are limited and are usually held for landlords and short-stay hosts turning a unit around, so a late change can mean the slot goes to someone else.
We work carefully, but some marks, stains and older finishes may lighten rather than disappear. Pre-existing damage, fragile items and surfaces already worn thin are outside what a clean can fix. Report any concern soon after the visit so it can be looked at.
Regular coverage includes Sandton, Randburg, Midrand, Centurion and Pretoria East. Outlying suburbs are arranged separately, and travel is confirmed when the booking is set rather than assumed.
