How Saba Cleaning handles the details you send when you ask about a deep clean, a turnover job or a standing visit across Gauteng.
When you send a booking request through the contact form, we receive the fields you fill in: your name, a phone or WhatsApp number, an optional email address, the property type, the service you need, your preferred timing, any notes about the space, and whether you want a walkthrough quote. Nothing else is requested.
The form handler writes each submission to a local log file at /private/submissions.jsonl on our own server. Along with the values you entered, it records the submission time, the form identifier, the page language and the source query string from the page you arrived on. There is no email service, CRM, payment processor or analytics tool attached to this form.
There is no automatic deletion schedule. Entries stay in the log until the site owner removes them by hand. If you want your request cleared sooner, ask us and we will delete the relevant entry from the log.
You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, request a copy in a portable format, ask for deletion, or withdraw your consent to further processing at any time. Where South African law or the location of our audience brings GDPR or CCPA into play, those rights apply on the same terms. Write to us and we will act on the request.
We do not invent urgency, fake endorsements or brand affiliations, and we do not promise cleaning results we cannot back up. Service descriptions on this site reflect the work we actually carry out, and any limits on a job are stated before a crew arrives rather than after.
