Before you book, it helps to know where the edges are. These are the clarifications we give every client, whether you are a household in Randburg, a landlord turning a unit in Midrand, or a small office in Sandton.
A deep clean is a once-off reset: oven interiors, extractor filters, grout lines, skirting boards and the tracks under sliding doors. A standard recurring visit keeps a home at that level afterwards. We do not treat the two as the same job, and we will say so if a booking looks like it needs the longer version.
Standard cleans follow a fixed checklist, so both sides know what is covered before anyone arrives. Larger jobs, or anything where the condition is unclear from a description, get a walkthrough quote first. We would rather look at the space than guess at a scope over the phone.
Crews of two or three arrive with their own equipment and cleaning agents. What we cannot supply is access: keys, a gate code, or someone on site to let us in. If nobody will be home, that arrangement needs to be settled when the booking is confirmed, not on the morning of the visit.
Sealed stone counters should not see acidic descalers, wooden worktops need a dry finish, and wool carpets want a gentler solution and a longer dry than synthetic blends. Marks from ink, red wine or pet accidents may lighten rather than vanish. We will tell you which is likely before the work starts.
Weekend slots are held for landlords and short-stay hosts turning a unit around between tenants or guests. Coverage runs through Sandton, Randburg, Midrand, Centurion and Pretoria East, with travel arranged for outlying suburbs. Travel outside those areas is confirmed case by case, not assumed.
Bookings are handled by phone or WhatsApp. A confirmed time is a confirmed time, so if plans shift, let us know as early as you can and we will look at what else is open. Extra tasks such as oven cleaning or window washing are usually booked as a separate visit so the regular slot stays on schedule.
